Outdoor Design (Furniture & Accessories)
We were entrusted with furnishing an already stunning outdoor space to reflect the luxury of a five-star resort. Our clients' priorities were comfort, timeless style, and furnishings that would complement their lush landscaping. We sourced pieces crafted from natural materials like marble and teak, emphasized earthy tones, and ensured every item was durable enough to withstand the test of time. The result is an outdoor oasis that can be enjoyed year-round, combining elegance and functionality in every detail.

Kitchen and Living Room (Design)
Our clients enlisted us to redesign their kitchen and living room, which had been damaged by a water leak. The original layout featured a wall separating the two spaces, but they envisioned a more open, cohesive design. They requested a neutral color palette, timeless materials, and the addition of houseplants to bring life into the space. Our scope covered every detail, from selecting flooring, tile, and lighting to choosing cabinetry hardware and accessories. The result is an open, airy, and inviting living area, perfectly suited for a family that loves to entertain.

Whole Home Remodel (Design and Build)
Our amazing clients reached out to us while they were living out of state to transform their Coronado Cays bungalow after their renters moved out. We had four weeks from the time the renters moved out until our clients moved back in. In just that short period of time we replaced all flooring, baseboards, front door, stair railing system, plastered the fireplace, wallpapered three rooms, replaced kitchen backsplash with zellige tile, added zellige tile and white oak shelves to dining area, replaced lighting and ceiling fans and painted the entire interior including ceilings.

Whole Home Remodel (Design and Build)
This 1969 home was neglected for years and many mechanical systems needed improvement along with a design overhaul. Our goal was to restore it while maintaining mid-century modern design features coupled with transitional upgrades. We did a full roof replacement, replaced all windows and doors, replaced all plumbing including the main sewer line, replaced all surface materials (flooring, tile, etc.), installed custom white oak inset kitchen cabinets, plastered the fireplace, installed a 12ft sliding door off of the dining area, reconfigured the primary bathroom into a spa-like retreat, and fully furnished and accessorized the home.

We purchased our current home in Poway in 2022 and we're thrilled when we found it because it had great bones. The previous owners had completed a recent roof replacement, replaced all windows and doors, and kept up with consistent maintenance of the property. We were relieved we wouldn't have to address any of the projects previously mentioned and had to only revamp the design. To modernize the home, we replaced all flooring and tile, removed soffits over the old kitchen cabinetry and installed new kitchen cabinets, enlarged the kitchen island, installed new countertops, replaced the bathroom vanities, smoothed the walls to get rid of the skip trowel texture, painted the entire interior including ceilings, replaced all lighting, wallpapered two rooms and added new furniture and accessories to make each room feel like us.
